THE VENUSA LINE IS BORN

The Venusa project is born, a small collection of artisanal products made with ingredients grown on the saline soils of the islands of Native Venice. Here among lush vegetable gardens, vineyards, and orchards, we are preserving the ancient traditions and recipes handed down verbally through generations.

Starting in 2018, Venissa will remain open all year round!
Neither the Wine Resort nor the Osteria Contemporanea will close for the winter so that guests can experience the charm of the lagoon 365 days a year.
Il Ristorante will maintain a seasonal opening from March to October.

Francesco Brutto and his brigade of young chefs have revamped the menu for 2018.
Based on the ingredients native to the lagoon, dishes are enhanced and reinterpreted in an unprecedented way.
We propose three culinary experiences that feature five, seven, or nine plates, proportionately increasing the degree of “avant-garde”.
