At the Osteria Contemporanea you’ll find dishes that are equally inspired by the surrounding environment and by a modern flair. From seasonal cicchetti to seafood secondi, and from a daily offering of pasta and risotti to classic desserts for all to love. A place to share food, wine and a relaxing break surrounded by beautiful nature and quiet in all and every season.

For a true taste of place, you can choose to pair the cuisine of the Osteria Contemporanea with the unique white wines we produce on our estate on Mazzorbo Island or our reds yielding from Santa Cristina Island. Alongside these, we have a small by-the-glass selection of independent producers from the Veneto, as well as a selected list of labels that includes small vignerons from the best terroirs in Italy and beyond.

THE BAR

Open every day from morning to evening, Venissa’s Bar is the perfect place where to enjoy an aperitif with a view of the Northern Lagoon. Sip a signature cocktail or a glass of wine as you pick from a selection of cicchetti and small plates from the Osteria.
