Hosted inside the heart of the estate, in the atmospheric old cellar room, Ristorante Venissa will have you live a culinary experience bound to the territory and the ingredients of Native Venice – wild herbs from the barene, vegetables from the estate’s gardens and lesser fish and seafood of the lagoon and Adriatic.
The cuisine of our chefs Chiara Pavan and Francesco Brutto, also known as cucina ambientale, is a tale that captures the lagoon landscape and its flavours while also being attentive to the environment. The commitment of Ristorante Venissa towards sustainable practices has been awarded with the Green Michelin Star.
At Ristorante Venissa, you can choose between a seven-course or a ten-course tasting menu. The wine pairing and wine list are made of bottles produced by artisan winemakers that work in a non conventional way.
The new Chef’s Table, hosting up to five guests, offers a shared yet exclusive experience in close connection with our Chefs.
We also offer a boat service for anyone wishing to live an immersive experience and crossing the lagoon from Venice or Altino to Mazzorbo island.
