Housekeeping Coordinator

As our Housekeeping Coordinator, your duties will be:

  • Housekeeping staff training in order to reach hotel standards
  • Daily work and weekly shifts planning
  • Monitoring and supervising the cleaning of rooms and common areas, maintaining the Hotel standards with Supervisors assistance
  • Products order handling, equipment and storerooms management

 

Required experience in 4/5-star hotels.

Contract and salary: to be determined.

Working time: from Monday to Sunday, on working shifts.

Front Office Coordinator

As our Receptionist, under the supervision of the Director, your duties will be:

  • Managing and coordinating the front office team, ensuring a good work plan and the best management of guest hospitality and care
  • Concierge services
  • Taking care and ensuring the communication among the different departments

Essential requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in the same position in 4/5-star hotels
  • Language skills: English, French and German
  • Management skills, communication and social skills
  • Guest-oriented, goal-oriented
  • Flexible
  • Problem solving
  • Deep knowledge of the local market
  • Residence or domicile in Venice, lagoon islands or Treporti/Punta Sabbioni

 

Contract and salary: to be determined.

Working time: from Monday to Sunday, on working shifts.

Availability: from February 2019.

Maitre

As the Maitre of our Osteria Contemporanea and our Event Department, you will be in charge of:

  • Organization and management of the Osteria staff
  • Good knowledge of wines
  • Coordinating human resources (chef the rang, commis and kitchen staff)
  • Welcoming and please the guests (advising and taking care of the guest, taking their orders)
  • Planning and management of special services, such as wine tastings, corporate events, weddings, etc.

Essential requirements:

  • Past experience in the same position in high quality standards hotels or restaurants
  • Well-established experience in managing Restaurants’ staff and guests
  • Communication and social skills, team building and leadership skills
  • Language skills: English. Appreciated knowledge of French and German

Availability of working on shifts and during weekends
