Venissa, a wine resort on the island of Mazzorbo (Venice lagoon), internationally recognised for its focus on sustainability and the unique experience it offers its guests, is looking for a commis chef for Venissa Ristorante and Venissa Bistrot.
The successful candidate will be required to work to company standards from day one, with the opportunity to grow in the role and develop their skills.

Requirements:
– At least one year’s previous experience in high-end restaurants
– Flexibility in working hours and willingness to work at weekends
